Founded in 1935, NEVESBU is a company with its roots and skills in the design & engineering of Naval Ships and Submarines for the Dutch Ministry of Defense. Over the last decade this was complemented by design & engineering skills in other areas, such as commercial shipbuilding, offshore and industrial engineering.

Nevesbu werd in 1935 opgericht naar het idee van dhr Maximiliaan Gunning om één constructiebureau voor marinevaartuigen op te zetten, als samenwerkingsverband tussen alle toen grote werven.
